Cancelling/Changing an Order
All amendments and cancellations must be received in writing either via fax or email.  Orders can only be cancelled or changed prior to goods being shipped.

For goods that have already been dispatched, a Return Authorisation (RA) number will be required for return of goods, otherwise no credit will be issued.

Return of goods
For shortage and damaged goods, claims must be made within 3 working days and returned within 7 working days.

For unwanted, cancelled or incorrectly ordered goods up to 14 days, a 10% restocking fee applies

NO RETURNS will be accepted after a period of 14 days from delivery.

Please Note: Goods must be returned in original unmarked packaging and condition. The return of any faulty goods must be accompanied by a note describing details of the fault.
