Discounting practices of some of the stationery industry can be misleading and can cost you money. They offer great value on specials just to get you to buy. The problem is that all their other products are more expensive. Sometimes it is hard to find the prices of their other products.

Here at Ezy Office all our products are on special and all of the time, and all prices are available here online.

If you prefer to use the catalogues you are used to for ordering, you can simply  use other Stationery suppliers catalogues and order forms, but send them to Ezy Office instead and save more
$$$$.

Either fax or email the order and we will worry about the different product codes, and fax you back the order with prices for your confirmation.  If you like the prices confirm, and if you don't, do nothing.

Payment Methods
If you are an operating business and listed in the current Yellow pages you are generally entitled to an automatic 7 day account for the first order up to $200.00, and for a second order a 30 day account after the first delivery is paid for.

We have two methods of payment available.

1: Credit card over the phone.

2: Post a cheque to:

Once you receive your invoice, you may pay it by credit card, through phone, email or fax it to us. This way you only pay for the goods after you receive them. We believe this is the most secure way to shop over the internet.

If you are not in the current Yellow Pages then prior payment is required.

We believe the ordering and payment of goods should be separate. This way you only pay for the goods after you receive them. This drastically reduces the risk to you of internet fraud.

C.O.D.  option
We are in the process of setting up C.O.D but it is not currently available.
