Areas outside Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney, Wollongong, Newcastle and Canberra may take up to 4 days.
Delivery
areasAustralia wide. Unfortunately due to transport costs deliveries to Northern Territory, Tasmania, Western Australia and all country regional centres will incur an extra delivery charge. Please call for pricing.
SubstitutesSometimes we may not have the product you have asked for in stock, so we may contact you and ask if you would accept a like product substitute. You then have the choice of accepting or rejecting the substitute. Substitutes will be provided at the same or lower cost than the original.

chargesFor metropolitan areas $8.00 plus GST for under $140.00 pre GST, or free if over $140.00 pre GST
An extra $4.00 will be added (and not displayed) to your delivery outside metropolitan areas of Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, and Sydney.
Canberra, Newcastle and Wollongong do not incur this charge.
This means you will still be charged $4.00 delivery to all non metropolitan areas even if you order more than $140.00 and $12.00 if you order less than $140.00.
We believe the ordering and payment of goods should be separate. This way you only pay for the goods when you receive them. This drastically reduces the risk to you of internet fraud.
